SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia
Job Purpose:
- Streamline administrative tasks, ensure data quality and provide effective transparency to commercial teams, thereby supporting Commercial Excellence and effective growth in Sales and CoMa across APAC
Responsibilities:
- Identify and priorites admin tasks that can be transferred or supported by Sales Support group
- Plan and execute transfer and optimization of the admin tasks
- Work continuously to simplify and automate tasks
- Identify and explore commercial data quality issues and consequences
- Work to effectively monitor and correct the resolvement of issues continuously
- Install effective processes and checks to minimize and flag ongoing errors
- Issue reports, overviews of available materials and support to performance management
- Issue regular report on sales performance, activities etc in alignment with sales and marketing
- Enable easy ‘on demand reports’ for customer visits, performance dialogues, etc
- Support commercial managers with ongoing needs for ad hoc reports
- Conduct in-depth analyses on request
- Collect, analyse and communicate market insights on demand
- Explore and apply latest IT technology to improve commercial effectiveness and excellence
- Continuously explore, plan and implement improvement to tasks: collect sales manager feedback on sales support
- Continuously develop own skills and capabilities
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in IT, Business, or Chemistry. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Business experience:
- 0 - 3 years on experience in industry
- Good English proficiency and MS Excel
- Possess service mindset and persistent
